Nomadworks signs 16-year lease for 33,783 sf in Manhattan
The 16-year, two-month deal covers the building’s 9th, 10th, and 11th floors at 122 W. 27th St., to be converted into a new coworking location.
ConnectCRE reports that Nomadworks has signed a new 16-year, two-month lease totaling 33,783 rentable square feet at 122 W. 27th St. in Manhattan.
The lease covers the building’s entire ninth, 10th and 11th floors, which will be transformed into a new coworking location for Nomadworks.
ConnectCRE said Koeppel Rosen LLC, the leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, handled the transaction, with Max Koeppel, director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen, representing the ownership in-house.
LSL Advisors represented the tenant, according to ConnectCRE.
