SouthCoast buys Sweet Apple Village shopping center in Roswell for $20.25M

The 66,000-square-foot retail center is 98% leased, and no single tenant takes more than 12% of total GLA, per the deal details.

SouthCoast acquired the Sweet Apple Village shopping center in Roswell for $20.25 million, according to ConnectCRE.

Ziff Real Estate Partners sold the property, which had been purchased by Ziff for $6.25 million in 2011, the outlet said.

ConnectCRE reported the center totals 66,000 square feet and sits along Etris Road. The retail asset is 98% leased, with tenants across daily-needs categories including food, fitness, medical, education, and other essential-service uses.

The outlet added that no single tenant occupies more than 12% of the total gross leasable area, and that Matthews represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.
