Space Craft advances $122M mixed-use Mira project in Charlotte
The eight-story development will add 371 apartments and 9,765 square feet of retail at 2323 N. Davidson St., with construction set to start this fall and open in fall 2028.
Space Craft is moving ahead with Mira, a $122 million mixed-use development in Charlotte’s Optimist Park, according to ConnectCRE.
The project is planned for 2323 N. Davidson St., and will deliver 371 apartments along with 9,765 square feet of retail space in an eight-story building.
Construction is expected to begin this fall, with an anticipated opening in fall 2028, ConnectCRE reported.
ConnectCRE also said the development will include 8,000 square feet of amenity space and will occupy a site previously home to the Textile Rubber & Chemical Company, which operated there from the 1950s through 2023.
