Synthesia leases 50,000 SF for new U.S. headquarters in New York
The company is nearly quadrupling its New York footprint after relocating from a 13,000-square-foot space.
Synthesia, an AI video platform for business, has signed a 50,000-square-foot lease for its new U.S. headquarters at GFP Real Estate’s 675 Ave. of the Americas in New York, according to ConnectCRE.
The company is relocating from 245 Fifth Ave., where it previously occupied about 13,000 square feet.
ConnectCRE reported that Lee & Associates NYC represented Synthesia in the transaction, while GFP Real Estate was represented by Jeffrey Gural and Alphie Toro of GFP Real Estate, and the landlord team also included Anthony Sciacca and Scott Gutnick of Newmark.
The lease marks a nearly fourfold expansion of Synthesia’s New York City footprint as part of a broader U.S. growth strategy, ConnectCRE added.
