Whistle-blower alleges IRS leaked his tax records to prosecutors
Brian J. Visalli, a veteran investigator of tax fraud, says in a lawsuit that the IRS sent his personal and tax information to federal prosecutors.
Visalli alleges the leak was retaliation, according to reporting by the New York Times.
