Clubhouse Work & Golf opens second Cherry Creek coworking location

Bisnow reports that Clubhouse Work & Golf opened its second coworking location in Denver’s Cherry Creek, a 23,000-square-foot, two-story space at 720 S. Colorado Blvd.
The new site features an indoor putting green, five golf simulators, 65 offices for individuals and midsized teams, plus coworking areas and a bar, according to the outlet.
Bisnow also notes that Cherry Creek is the company’s second location, with its first site in Greenwood Village, at 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., reaching capacity after being open for a year.
On the broader Denver commercial real estate front mentioned by Bisnow, Real Capital Solutions and Dunton Commercial bought Terrace Tower, an approximately 243,000-square-foot office building, after it received $10 million in capital improvements and was 72% occupied at the time of acquisition.
