AccuQuote adds ChatGPT app for life insurance lead intake

AccuQuote has added a ChatGPT app intended to collect basic information from people interested in life insurance inquiries, then connect them with licensed AccuQuote professionals for follow-up, according to Coverager.

The company says the conversational lead intake channel supports questions about term life, simplified issue term life, and final expense insurance.

AccuQuote also states that the app does not provide quotes, recommend coverage, determine eligibility, underwrite policies, bind coverage, or process payments.
