AXA UK signs deal to launch in-house building repair network in 2026
The platform will replace several legacy systems and is designed to connect policyholders, contractors, and AXA UK claims teams across personal and commercial property repairs.
AXA UK has entered a multiyear agreement with Cotality to power its first in-house Building Repair Network, planned to go live in October 2026, Coverager reports.
The network will link policyholders, repair contractors, and AXA UK claims teams on a single platform for personal and commercial property claims, coordinating the process from initial assessment through repair completion while replacing several legacy systems.
AXA UK will use Cotality’s Claims Workspace, along with tools for estimating, video assessments, desk adjusting, direct communication, and tracking claim-level carbon emissions.
Cotality says its Claims Workspace is used by 10 of the top 15 UK property insurers and supports one in three UK property claims, and the system will match contractors to claims based on expertise, location, and availability.
