NEXROC plans tender offers for US and Australian life insurers
NEXROC says it will begin private negotiations with target management and boards on October 12, 2026, with the US tender offer and Australian offer planned to start by November 10, 2026.
NEXROC Group said it intends to launch tender offers for two publicly listed life insurance companies, one in the United States and one in Australia, as part of the first stage of a roll-up strategy beginning next year, according to Reinsurance News.
Under the transaction framework, both target insurers would become part of NEXLIFE Group, NEXROC’s insurance platform, while continuing to operate independently under the platform’s umbrella and gaining access to the parent group’s capital resources.
NEXROC described the moves as a strategic pivot toward asset diversification and origination, saying the acquisitions would help it secure long-duration liabilities to support its expanding asset-generation initiatives across North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
The firm said it expects to begin private negotiations with each company’s management and board on October 12, 2026, and intends to launch the Australian off-market takeover offer and the US tender offer by November 10, 2026.
