O’Melveny & Myers moves into 43K SF office at TC Energy Center

The firm customized the space at 700 Louisiana St. rather than relocate to a newer corporate build, and its Houston team now includes upward of 40 people.

Bisnow reports that law firm O’Melveny & Myers moved into a 43,000 square foot office at TC Energy Center in Downtown Houston, at 700 Louisiana St.

The firm customized the space in the 43-year-old building and designed it across two floors with amenities including a central café, glass walls, natural woodwork, and a lounge with self-care features.

Bisnow says the new office follows O’Melveny’s initial Houston presence in 2022 in a temporary workspace, and the firm’s Houston team has grown to upward of 40 people.

The outlet also notes that Hines developed the 1.3 million square foot, 56-story building previously known as the Bank of America Center.
