eXp Realty launches MCP First to connect agents to existing AI tools
The brokerage says agents can authorize AI connections that pull in eXp back office data, including production numbers, leads, transactions, training progress, and CRM records.
HousingWire reports that eXp Realty introduced MCP First, a standardized connection layer that lets agents use AI assistants with eXp back office data.
The brokerage said the approach is meant to reduce friction by allowing agents to plug in the AI tools they already use, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, instead of adopting a separate, closed chatbot interface.
eXp said the connections are authorized by agents and can be made within the same chat window to access production numbers, leads, transactions, training progress, and CRM records.
