Rate hires 14 loan officers from New American Funding
The group includes top producers with year-to-date loan volumes of $12.21 million and $9.426 million, according to Modex data.
HousingWire reports that Rate has added 14 loan officers who previously worked at New American Funding, citing its platform, product breadth and technology as key drivers behind the moves.
Rate said some of the hires are returning to the company after time with other lenders, pointing to its technology and lending platform, as well as competitive pricing and an execution and collaboration culture.
According to Modex data, the top producers among the group are Chad Geyer with $12.21 million in year-to-date volume and Kyle Travers with $9.426 million in year-to-date volume.
Rate president Shant Banosian said the firm’s strategy is to attract top performers making intentional decisions about where they can win, emphasizing platform depth, pricing, technology and support for borrowers and agent partners.
