Marcus Day to lead LaSalle’s Global Solutions unit
Day is joining LaSalle from Brookfield Asset Management and will oversee a $10 billion private indirect investment platform covering multiple deal and investment vehicles.
Marcus Day is joining LaSalle Investment Management to head the firm’s LaSalle Global Solutions division, reporting directly to CEO Brad Gries, Commercial Observer reported.
Day moved to LaSalle on Tuesday and will officially take the reins on Jan. 1, 2027, the outlet said.
As head of LaSalle’s $10 billion private indirect investment platform, Day will lead strategies across LaSalle’s multimanager, fund of funds, joint venture and co-investment platforms, according to Commercial Observer.
In a statement carried by Commercial Observer, Day said the opportunity is compelling because the broader LaSalle and JLL platforms give access to global research, localized market intelligence, and transaction flow that supports underwriting risk and sourcing opportunities.
