JLL hires Chicago brokerage team from CBRE

The team brings more than 75 years of combined CBRE experience and has handled over 75M SF of transactions worth more than $50B, JLL said.

JLL has hired a six-person brokerage team from CBRE for office and life sciences deals in Chicago, with the move effective immediately, according to Bisnow.

The group includes Kyle Kamin, Dan Lyne, Jon Milonas, Brandon Green, Abigail McFadyen, and Joe Davis, and Bisnow reports they spent more than 75 years combined at CBRE based on their LinkedIn profiles.

JLL said the team has completed more than 75M SF of transactions valued at more than $50B, and JLL Vice Chairman Todd Mintz said their ability to advise both occupiers and developers brings a perspective that few in the market can match.

Bisnow also notes Kamin’s longest CBRE tenure began in 1999, and that he represented Google in its 2015 move to Fulton Market and in its 2022 purchase of the Thompson Center.
