Workers’ comp study highlights execution as key to top claim orgs
A 13th annual benchmarking study says higher-performing workers’ compensation organizations outperform peers by translating strategy into day-to-day execution, not by chasing different priorities or simpler workloads.
Risk & Insurance is hosting a live webinar tied to the 13th annual Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study, which examines why some workers’ comp claims organizations consistently perform better than others.
The study, based on survey research from hundreds of industry claims leaders, finds that top performers are not distinguished by managing less complex workloads or investing in entirely different technology priorities. Instead, it points to stronger execution discipline, describing how leaders turn strategy into everyday operations and then into measurable results.
