Arrow Risk Management launches Marine Insurance Practice led by Wayne Krause

The practice will underwrite Marine Cargo and Logistics risks globally via the Arrow Hub MGA platform, drawing on London Market expertise.

Arrow Risk Management has launched a new Marine Insurance Practice, naming Wayne Krause as Underwriting Practice Leader, as part of its expansion into marine underwriting.

The unit will target Marine Cargo and Logistics related risks, with a broader marine offering that includes Stock Throughput, Project Cargo and Delay in Start-up, and coverage for Logistics Operators and Freight Forwarders Liability.

Arrow said it will write business on a global basis through the Arrow Hub, leveraging London Market expertise and international trading relationships to serve SME, mid-market, and larger corporate clients across complex supply chains.

Krause will bring more than three decades of experience from roles in international marine underwriting and broking, most recently at UPS Capital as Cargo and Logistics Underwriting Manager. Arrow’s Chief Underwriting Officer Mark Harrington said Krause is positioned to build a disciplined, sustainable marine portfolio on the Arrow platform.
