DUAL Group rolls out global Transactional Risk insurance offering

The unified program brings DUAL’s warranty, tax, contingent risk, title, and climate risk capabilities under one global practice backed by Liberty.

DUAL Group, an international specialist underwriting agency, has launched a global Transactional Risk offering, backed by long-term support led by Liberty, the company said. The new unified practice is designed to combine DUAL’s capabilities across Warranty & Indemnity, Reps and Warranties, Tax, Contingent Risk, Title, and Climate Risk & Resilience into a single platform.

DUAL said the model is intended to pair global scale with local market expertise as it expands its Transactional Risk underwriting footprint. The company plans to strengthen collaboration across regions, improve client outcomes, and provide a more consistent service to brokers and clients worldwide.

The offering is supported by more than 80 underwriters across 11 jurisdictions across the Americas, the UK, Europe, and ANZ, with additional expansion planned. DUAL also said dedicated claims teams, along with shared technology, analytics, and governance frameworks, are meant to keep underwriting tailored to regional dynamics.

DUAL described Transactional Risk insurance as coverage that helps protect deal participants against unforeseen and contingent liabilities arising after completion. In its view, demand is growing as transactions become larger, more cross-border, and more complex, alongside rising expectations for specialist underwriting and coordinated, seamless multi product solutions.
