China’s economy grew 4.3% in the second quarter, the slowest pace
The slowdown was driven by weakness in areas beyond export-focused manufacturing, with growth coming in below the prior year’s pace.
China’s economy expanded 4.3 percent in the second quarter compared with the same period last year, marking the slowest growth in years, according to the NYT Business.
The outlet said the figure reflected a broad slump outside of China’s export-oriented manufacturing sector.
