Aon names Kary Trocchia Carolinas Market Leader starting Aug. 1, 2026
The appointment tasks Trocchia with leading Aon’s Carolinas strategy and growth, working with teams across risk and human capital to support key sectors including financial services, health care, and manufacturing.
Aon, a global insurance and reinsurance broker and risk advisor, has appointed Kary Trocchia as its Carolinas Market Leader, effective August 1, 2026.
In the role, she will oversee the overall strategy and success of Aon’s Carolinas market and work with leaders across the firm’s Risk Capital and Human Capital groups to drive growth and improve client service.
Aon said Trocchia brings more than 20 years of experience advising organizations on complex risk challenges, and that she has spent nearly 13 years at the company in senior leadership positions within its Financial Services Group.
Aon noted that her prior work included leading teams as East Region Leader for the Financial Services Group, and it highlighted the Carolinas as one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing financial services markets. Jerry Ferreira, Aon U.S. co-head, praised her ability to bring teams together and deepen client relationships as she leads the region.
