Illinois Retina signs Chicago-area leases totaling 24,956 SF
The long-term deal includes a renewal and expansion in Skokie, plus a relocation to a larger Munster medical office space.
ConnectCRE reports that Bradford Allen arranged two leases for Illinois Retina in the Chicago market.
The medical services provider signed a 16,228-square-foot lease in Skokie, Illinois at Concourse Office Plaza, as well as an 8,728-square-foot lease in Munster, Indiana, about 30 miles southeast of Chicago.
ConnectCRE said the Skokie transaction represented a renewal and expansion, and that the property includes two 12-story medical office buildings.
For Munster, Illinois Retina relocated from a smaller facility to 9200 Calumet Ave. under the long-term lease, with Craig Nadborne, executive managing director, brokerage services at Bradford Allen, negotiating on the provider’s behalf.
