Bitcoin slides toward $63,000 as Coinbase premium stays negative

The Coinbase premium has been negative for a record 60 days, while ETF inflows are described as remaining thin.

Bitcoin fell toward $63,000 as broader risk sentiment weakened, with The Block attributing the move in part to a selloff in chip stocks.

Despite the drop, the Coinbase premium has stayed negative for a record 60 days, a sign the outlet says points to persistent underperformance on Coinbase relative to other venues.

The Block also noted that spot bitcoin ETF flows have remained thin, adding to the pressure on price as demand appears subdued.
