Nebius signs $1B deal to supply AI compute to Reflection AI through 2029

The agreement gives Reflection AI access to Nebius capacity based on Nvidia GB300 chips and could translate to about $290 million per year, near 55% of Nebius 2025 revenue if evenly spread.

Nebius has agreed to a billion-dollar deal with Reflection AI to provide AI compute through 2029, according to coverage by Yahoo Finance.

Under the terms, Reflection AI will use Nebius capacity built around Nvidia GB300 chips, which are based on Blackwell Ultra GPU technology even if they are not the newest Nvidia platform.

Yahoo Finance estimates that if the revenue is spread evenly across the deal’s tenure, it would equate to about $290 million in annual revenues, which would be close to 55% of Nebius total revenues in 2025.

Nebius, which describes itself as a full-stack AI cloud provider, is valued at $53.3 billion and counts Nvidia as its only GPU supplier, with Nvidia holding an 8.3% stake after investing $2 billion.
