Stanley Martin to buy Holiday Builders, adding Florida communities
The acquisition is expected to contribute about 1,050 annual closings, and it extends Stanley Martin’s footprint deeper across Florida beyond Orlando and Tampa.
HousingWire reports that Stanley Martin Homes agreed to acquire Florida-based Holiday Builders, a deal expected to add about 1,050 annual home closings, more than 40 active communities, and roughly 10,600 controlled lots to the company’s Southeast operating platform.
The outlet said the transaction is designed to strengthen Stanley Martin’s position across Florida, expanding its reach beyond Orlando and Tampa into more of the state’s growth corridors.
HousingWire noted the purchase follows another acquisition announced by Stanley Martin within less than six months, after it previously agreed to acquire United Homes Group earlier this year.
The report frames the sequence of deals as part of a broader industry shift toward building regional operational density, rather than focusing only on headline homebuilding scale.
