Corcoran SRG Residential opens Merrick office to expand on Long Island
The new 2,600-square-foot Merrick location is expected to bolster coverage across Nassau and western Suffolk counties and follow the affiliate’s earlier Long Island launch.
HousingWire reports that Corcoran SRG Residential opened a 2,600-square-foot office in Merrick, New York, designating it as the South Shore headquarters as the brokerage expands across Nassau and western Suffolk counties.
The new site at 196 Merrick Road adds to the firm’s existing Syosset office and comes weeks after Corcoran SRG Residential launched as Corcoran’s first Long Island affiliate.
HousingWire says the brokerage welcomed newly affiliated agents and teams, including Island Realty Group and the Tepper Kaplan Team, along with additional agents. The firm estimated that its newly affiliated agents and teams generated approximately $85 million in 2025 sales volume.
According to HousingWire, leadership said Merrick and Bellmore are strategic markets, with the office aimed at strengthening service for buyers and sellers across Nassau County and supporting Corcoran SRG Residential’s growth in a competitive housing market supported by limited inventory and strong demand.
