Ryan Demadis hired as managing director at IPA Capital Markets

Demadis has closed more than $1 billion in debt and equity financing, and will focus on capital markets production in IPA Capital Markets' Eastern region.

IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus and Millichap, has hired Ryan Demadis as a managing director in its Boston office, ConnectCRE reports.

Demadis will report to Marc Sznajderman, senior managing director and head of production for the firm’s Eastern region. ConnectCRE says Demadis has experience financing a range of asset classes and has closed more than $1 billion in debt and equity financing.

Sznajderman said Demadis brings capital markets experience, deep lender relationships, and a track record advising clients across industrial, multifamily, and other property types, with expertise in construction financing and structured transactions.

ConnectCRE adds that Demadis previously served as an SVP with Northmarq for more than a decade, and earlier worked on the office leasing and investment sales team at RM Bradley in Hartford, Connecticut.
