Schnitzer West to buy Downtown Bellevue office complex The Bravern
The two-tower property spans 749,694 square feet and was fully leased to Microsoft from 2009 through 2025, with closing expected this fall.
Schnitzer West is under an exclusive agreement to purchase The Bravern Office Commons and Garage, a two-tower office complex and parking facility in downtown Bellevue that the company originally developed in 2009, according to ConnectCRE.
The asset totals 749,694 square feet across two towers and includes a 3,134-stall parking garage that serves the broader Bravern project.
The towers were fully leased to Microsoft from 2009 through 2025 and have not undergone significant renovation since their original build-out. The transaction is anticipated to close this fall, with Broderick Group managing leasing.
ConnectCRE also noted that The Shops at The Bravern and The Bravern Signature Residences are each under separate, independent ownership and are not part of this transaction. Pam Hirsch, Schnitzer West president, chief investment officer and chief operating officer, said the company is planning to bring The Bravern back into its portfolio and reposition it as a premier tenant address in Bellevue.
