CBRE arranges sale of 133,717-SF grocery-anchored center in Pennsylvania

The 2009-built Shops at Crossroads totals 133,717 square feet and is anchored by GIANT, which the buyer says contributes nearly half of the property’s NOI.

CBRE has arranged the sale of Shops at Crossroads, a 133,717-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center at 3560 Route 611 in Bartonsville, Pennsylvania, according to ConnectCRE.

The property, built in 2009, sits just off Interstate 80 along Route 611 in the Pocono region, with access to a commercial corridor of more than 4 million square feet of retail.

CBRE said the center is anchored by GIANT and includes tenants such as Visionworks, Red Lobster, Jersey Mike’s, and CosmoProf.

ConnectCRE noted that the dominant grocer contributes nearly half of the property’s net operating income, and cited about 99% retail occupancy and strong retailer demand along the Route 611 corridor.
