CRC Benefits hires Forrest Breeding for ancillary sales in Denver
The new benefits sales executive position focuses on non-medical health solutions, including life, disability, and leave and absence management.
CRC Benefits, a division of CRC Group, added Forrest Breeding as a benefits sales executive for ancillary sales, based in Denver, Colorado, as the firm continues expanding its non-medical benefits capabilities.
Breeding will work with brokers and their clients to consult on non-medical health solutions, with a primary focus on life, disability, and leave and absence management, and he will also help employers evaluate nontraditional benefit strategies aimed at industries and employee groups often described as underserved.
The hire brings more than eight and a half years of carrier-side benefits experience across small, mid-size, and large group segments, including underwriting and risk evaluation, as well as work that highlights the importance of accurate employer data for competitive pricing.
CRC Benefits’ SVP of growth and strategic partnerships, Jamie Zelewicz, said Breeding’s combination of technical knowledge and relationship-first approach will support broker partners as CRC Benefits expands its ancillary capabilities amid a shift toward making ancillary and voluntary benefits a more central part of employers’ overall benefits strategies.
