Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Omaha, Nebraska, according to ConnectCRE. The transaction involved an investor group purchasing the 113-room property.

The hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Downtown, is located in Omaha’s downtown hospitality district and is within walking distance of Charles Schwab Field. It is also near demand generators including Berkshire Hathaway, Union Pacific Corporation, Creighton University, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

ConnectCRE said Marcus & Millichap held the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, which was described as a private investor group.

The property is positioned to benefit from the city’s year-round business, tourism, and event activity, and the hotel offers 113 non-smoking guest rooms and suites.
