Rechat launches “Hey Lucy” AI voice campaign for real estate agents
The video-first ads show agents using the Lucy assistant to create property websites, send market reports, update CRM records, and draft listings through voice commands.
Rechat has launched a video-first advertising campaign, “Hey Lucy,” to show how real estate agents can run day-to-day business tasks through voice commands using Lucy, its AI assistant, according to HousingWire.
The campaign features agents in everyday situations, including arriving at listings, driving between appointments, and leaving open houses, with voice actions used to generate property websites, send market reports to segmented contact lists, update CRM records, draft listing descriptions and social posts, and run buyer searches.
Rechat also says Lucy can handle additional workflow items such as sending testimonial requests, retrieving comparable sales, and providing vendor recommendations.
HousingWire reports the advertising is scheduled to run throughout the summer across Meta, Google, and other national digital platforms, with more videos planned for release, and includes comments from Rechat’s CEO, Shayan Hamidi, and vice president of strategic growth and communications, Audie Chamberlain.
