Stonemont targets Winder industrial build valued near $70M
The planned project would add a 568,720-square-foot facility, with construction expected to complete by the end of 2027.
Stonemont Financial Group is pursuing a new industrial development in Winder, Georgia, seeking to build a 568,720-square-foot warehouse facility, according to ConnectCRE.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle estimates the project’s value at build-out at about $70 million. Stonemont does not own the land, which is held by the Winder-Barrow Industrial Building Authority as the owner of record after it took title in June 2006.
The proposed site is along Innovation Drive next to an existing 275,840-square-foot industrial building delivered in 2022, which is leased to Everluxe Building Products, a maker of kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
ConnectCRE also reports the company expects the development to be completed by the end of 2027, and notes Stonemont’s prior development work includes the 7.7 million-square-foot Georgia International Trade Center near the Port of Savannah.
