CarEdge embeds Allstate for auto insurance quotes on vehicle pages
The integration routes users to Allstate’s quoting site for a live quote ID and a bindable premium, as CarEdge expands from two other recent insurance setups.
CarEdge, the car-buying advice startup founded by Zach Shefska and his father, Ray, has added an embedded Allstate option for auto insurance quotes on its vehicle detail pages, according to Coverager. The insurance flow appears during vehicle selection, with the Allstate option selected by default.
Clicking through takes shoppers to customeronline.allstate.com, where they receive a live quote ID and a bindable premium, with no CarEdge branding. Coverager reports the arrangement represents CarEdge’s third insurance partnership in three years, with the structure changing each time.
The outlet says CarEdge previously used Bindable in a white-label setup in June 2023, and that relationship is no longer active. In December 2025, CarEdge began directing insurance shoppers to Insurify under an affinity arrangement that hands customers off to a comparison marketplace, with Insurify still remaining a partner.
Coverager also notes CarEdge’s push includes AI products, including an AI negotiator launched in July 2025 that created dedicated contact details for each user, and it cites Allstate’s stated interest in research that could help prepare for quantum computing as hardware improves. As part of the deal, Allstate becomes the title sponsor of the ACC Women’s Softball Championship and ACC Men’s Lacrosse Championship.
