National Property Holdings plans 1.08M sf Katy industrial park

The Class A project will be marketed for lease by CBRE, featuring two buildings totaling 402,480 square feet and 680,940 square feet.

National Property Holdings is planning Katy Prairie Business Park, a new Class A industrial development in Katy, Texas, totaling 1,083,420 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.

The project will consist of two buildings, Phase I at 402,480 square feet and Phase II at 680,940 square feet, with leasing marketing handled by CBRE’s Faron Wiley, Billy Gold, Charles Herold, and Jett Bush.

ConnectCRE said the development at 500 and 700 Igloo Road is positioned for visibility along the Katy Freeway and could benefit from a favorable tax environment, including potential tax abatement opportunities in Waller County and competitive property tax rates.

The outlet also noted nearby uses and demand drivers, including major consumer goods companies, large-scale manufacturing operations, solar energy, and emerging technology companies.
