The center sits at the intersection of Normandy Boulevard and Chaffee Road South and was 100% leased at the time of sale. It was originally built in 2024 and totals 58,691 square feet.
Publix occupies 46,791 square feet in its newest prototype grocery store, which includes a drive-thru pharmacy, along with a 2,100-square-foot space leased to a liquor store. Other tenants listed include Xtreme Wings, Hair Cucery, Nail Art Studio & Spa, UPS Store, and AT&T Wireless.
The property was sold on behalf of Wagner Property Group to a 1031 exchange buyer, and separately owned outparcels with McDonald’s and Wawa were not included in the transaction.
