Stellar MLS adds Realtors Association of Citrus County as corporate shareholder

The Realtors Association of Citrus County, which has about 950 members, will become an owner of Stellar MLS while keeping its independence as an association.

Stellar MLS has welcomed the Realtors Association of Citrus County (RACC) as its newest corporate shareholder, under an agreement that makes RACC an owner of the MLS while RACC retains its independence as an association, HousingWire reports.

The deal gives RACC's approximately 950 members exclusive access to Stellar's technology platform and data resources, while also positioning Stellar MLS as the exclusive MLS provider for the association’s member base.

RACC, founded in 1952, said the partnership was driven by member feedback and a desire to improve market exposure and tools for brokers and agents in the county, according to HousingWire.

Stellar MLS CEO Shayne Fairley said the move is intended to broaden the marketplace’s reach and strengthen connections between RACC and existing Stellar customers through expanded inventory and technology access, HousingWire reports.
