Colliers arranges 14,354-sq-ft lease for Working America in Washington, D.C.
Working America will take occupancy immediately after the current tenant vacates this fall at 1725 Eye Street, NW.
Colliers announced that Working America has signed a 14,354-square-foot office lease at 1725 Eye Street, NW in Washington, D.C.
The deal was led by Colliers executives Mark Sullivan and Matt Venos, along with client services coordinator Cassidy May on behalf of the landlord, Cafritz, while Lincoln Property Company represented the tenant.
Working America is expected to take occupancy immediately after the current tenant vacates this fall, according to the transaction announcement.
Owner Calvin Cafritz Enterprises is also planning a comprehensive capital improvement program for the building, including upgrades to the lobby, a conference center, a fitness facility, and a redesigned rooftop terrace.
