Rodland Private Members will bring AI operations to independent brokerages
The membership platform, launching this fall, is designed to cut administrative workload by combining real-time MLS data, workflow automation, and conversational decision support.
HousingWire reports that Rodland Private Members, a membership platform launching this fall, will give independent real estate brokerages access to enterprise-grade AI operations through its RoRo platform.
The platform is built to help independents compete with national firms without giving up autonomy, with features that include real-time MLS data integration, workflow automation, and conversational decision support intended to reduce administrative burdens.
Rodland Real Estate founder Tim Rodland said the effort targets a structural real estate technology gap as consolidation accelerates and independents are forced into an either-or choice between staying small or joining larger systems.
Rodland said RoRo grew out of operational challenges at his Bahamas-based brokerage and that other firms began asking how to access the system, turning the internal fix into a broader way to support boutique brokerages that want to preserve their business.
