Blue Cloud Softech stock hits 5% upper circuit after SpaceX AI deal
Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd rose to ₹20.66 on Friday while India’s Sensex and Nifty 50 fell more than 1% during morning trade.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd shares locked in the 5% upper circuit at ₹20.66 on the BSE on Friday, even as Indian markets traded lower, according to LiveMint Markets. During morning trade on 24 July, the Sensex slid more than 1% and fell more than 900 points to an intraday low of 75,474, while the Nifty 50 dropped more than 1% and fell over 260 points to touch 23,606.
LiveMint Markets reported that the rally followed the company’s announcement that its United States subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd, USA (BCSSL-USA), executed a definitive five-year Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International. The deal is intended to let BCSSL-USA provide AI infrastructure and cloud-native AI platforms, along with enterprise AI solutions, consulting, integration, AI operations, and AI-enabled digital transformation services, under mutually agreed Statements of Work.
The company also said commercial terms, pricing, implementation schedules, and customer-specific operational information would remain confidential under its contractual obligations. LiveMint Markets noted the new agreement represents a progression from the company’s prior disclosure that it was evaluating non-binding AI technology opportunities with SpaceX International as part of the SpaceX ecosystem.
Trading context in the same report showed the stock had hit a 52-week high of ₹38 in November 2025 and a 52-week low of ₹16.51 in January 2026, and it was down 11.5% over one month. The stock was nevertheless up 8% over one month and up 20% over six months, the outlet added.
