Equity Union Real Estate expands into Nevada with first market outside California
The Nevada operation will be led by Jason Lindstrom as regional director, with Melissa Dominguez-Martin serving as managing and compliance broker.
Equity Union Real Estate has expanded into Nevada, establishing its first market outside California as part of a national growth strategy, HousingWire reports. The southern Nevada operation will be led by Jason Lindstrom as regional director.
Melissa Dominguez-Martin will serve as managing and compliance broker for Nevada, overseeing roles including collaboration tied to the company’s agent-first approach. The company said the new office will also focus on in-house marketing and technology support, along with legal and operational backing.
HousingWire notes Equity Union was named the fastest-growing brokerage in the country on the 2026 RealTrends Verified GameChangers list, based on five-year transaction side percentage. The company’s CEO, Harma Hartouni, said the Nevada expansion is an exciting milestone for Equity Union as it continues to grow intentionally.
Lindstrom brings more than 26 years of real estate experience and has held leadership roles across several states, and HousingWire says Dominguez-Martin has more than 24 years of industry experience, including specialization in REO, HUD, and short-sale transactions before founding the Dominguez-Martin Group.
