Kidder Mathews helps sell nine-unit apartment in Wenatchee for $1.85M

The property at 475 N. Elliott Avenue spans 6,444 square feet, was built in 2015, and includes eight residential units plus one commercial space.
Kidder Mathews Vice President Max Frame, part of the Simon Anderson Multifamily Team based in Seattle, represented the seller.
According to the report, the building went under contract after six days on the market, the buyer submitted an all-cash offer with no financing contingency, and the transaction closed within 28 days after a 10-day contingency period.
