Miami Realtors + RWorld merges with Treasure Coast group in new MLS push
The deal combines two associations to create a single MLS service spanning five southeast Florida counties and about 94,000 members.
HousingWire reports that Miami Realtors + RWorld has merged with Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, expanding the association’s footprint across five counties in southeast Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie.
The combined organization now covers a roughly 120-mile real estate corridor and brings the group to approximately 94,000 members, with leaders saying it strengthens Miami Realtors + RWorld’s position as the nation’s third-largest MLS.
The merger also unifies the Treasure Coast marketplace within a regional MLS network and is intended to create what the association describes as the most complete South Florida MLS dataset, with a focus on more data, more innovation, and stronger advocacy.
Miami Realtors + RWorld previously merged with Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors (RWorld) in April, and the new merger follows as its second in just over two months, according to the report.
