Árachas Group acquires Allison White Insurance in Minnesota
The deal adds an independent agency in Little Falls to expand development of Keystone’s Medicare, individual health, and retirement-related coverage offerings.
Árachas Group, a Keystone platform partner, has acquired Allison White Insurance, an independent agency based in Little Falls, Minnesota, according to Coverager.
The acquired agency will support the development of Keystone Individual Health & Medicare Solutions, a specialized unit focused on Medicare, individual health insurance, and retirement-related coverage.
Allison White Insurance was founded in 2018 and serves people approaching Medicare eligibility, retirees, and small businesses across central Minnesota.
Coverager reported that Allison White Insurance will keep its local presence, while M & H Insurance Agency will maintain its brand name and be integrated into Árachas Group.
