Roomvu rolls out AI recruiting platform for real estate brokerages

Roomvu has launched a recruiting content platform that uses AI to automate agent recruiting for real estate brokerages through branded video and social media posts.

HousingWire reports brokerages can convert recruiting articles or web pages into videos using Roomvu’s News2Video technology, then auto schedule the resulting content across connected social platforms.

The company said the tools are designed to keep brokerages’ recruiting messaging consistent without requiring ongoing manual content work from leadership, while also letting agents share the posts within the brokerage.

Roomvu CEO Sam Mehrbod said recruiting requires consistency that leaders often cannot sustain by hand, and that with the platform, a brokerage’s recruiting message can create, schedule, and post itself.
