Indo-MIM IPO opens on Indian SME bourse, valued at ₹29 crore
The IPO offers shares in a ₹65 to ₹69 price band and targets a listing on NSE SME exchanges with a most likely listing date of 30 July 2026.
Indo-MIM Ltd has launched its IPO on India’s primary market and the issue will stay open until 29 July 2026, according to LiveMint Markets. The company plans to list on the NSE SME exchanges.
The IPO has a price band of ₹65 to ₹69 per equity share and aims to raise ₹29 crore, made up of fresh capital and Offer for Sale shares. The offering will be handled through lots, with one lot comprising 2,000 company shares.
Grey market activity is described as flat for the day the deal opened, with market observers indicating the shares were available at par, putting the IPO GMP at zero. LiveMint Markets also said the registrar is MUFG Intime India Private Ltd and lead managers are Unistone Capital.
For timing, the tentative finalisation of allotment is 30 July 2026, and the most likely date for share listing is also 30 July 2026.
