Manière De Voir leases 11,200 sq ft for first US HQ at 599 Broadway

The brand will occupy the full fifth floor at 599 Broadway for five years, with asking rent quoted at $79 per square foot.

London-based fashion label Manière De Voir has signed an 11,200-square-foot office lease at 599 Broadway in Manhattan’s SoHo to open its first US headquarters, Commercial Observer reported.

The retailer will take the entire fifth floor of the 12-story, 120,000-square-foot building for five years, with RTL serving as the landlord and tenant broker for the deal.

Commercial Observer cited an asking rent of $79 per square foot, and said the location is two blocks from the brand’s existing SoHo retail store at 521 Broadway.

The article also noted that the building, built in 1917, is home to other tenants including TH Productions and Preymaker.
