Northmarq arranges $15 million refinance for Queens retail center

The 34,949-square-foot Atlantic Plaza Shopping Center at 102-20 Atlantic Avenue in Ozone Park is leased to daily-needs tenants including Bravo Supermarkets and Dunkin'.

ConnectCRE reports that Northmarq’s New York Metro Debt + Equity team, led by Robert Delitsky and Keith Braddish, arranged a $15 million refinance for Atlantic Plaza Shopping Center in Queens.

The 34,949-square-foot, multi-tenant anchored center is located at 102-20 Atlantic Avenue in the Ozone Park section, and the financing was arranged on behalf of the owner, Schuckman Realty Inc., through a relationship with a commercial bank.

ConnectCRE also said the shopping center, which was built in 1984, is leased to daily-needs tenants including Bravo Supermarkets, Lenox Hill Radiology, Four Leaf Federal Credit Union, and Dunkin'.

Delitsky said the team was pleased to secure financing for a long-time client and pointed to what he described as continued strength for well-located retail properties in the boroughs.
