Peak Construction wins Scannell’s Interstate Aviation Hub project in Ohio
The 305,480-square-foot speculative warehouse in Union, Ohio is expected to be completed in Q2 2027 and includes 2,755 square feet of office space.
Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Scannell Properties’ Interstate Aviation Hub project in Union, Ohio, according to ConnectCRE.
The development calls for a 305,480-square-foot speculative building with 36 feet of clear height, including 34 docks and two drive-in doors, plus 130 car spaces and 83 trailer stalls.
The building will also feature 26 knock-out panels and 2,755 square feet of office space.
Construction is expected to wrap in Q2 2027, with the site positioned at the intersection of I-70 and I-75 near Dayton International Airport, ConnectCRE reported.
