Proper Title opens new River Forest office to expand Chicago-area closings

The title insurance agency said the River Forest location is its 16th closing presence in the Chicagoland area and extends coverage into Chicago’s western suburbs.

Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency serving residential and commercial real estate, opened a new office at 7577 Lake St. in River Forest, Illinois.

The new location is the company’s 16th closing location in the Chicagoland area, expanding its footprint into Chicago’s western suburbs and providing a dedicated setup for residential and commercial closings.

Proper Title said it had sought a permanent presence in the Oak Park-River Forest area for more than 10 years, citing relationships built with local brokers, attorneys, and lenders.

The River Forest office also broadens the agency’s network of closing locations across Illinois and Northwest Indiana, according to the company.
