CBRE completes 136,612 sf industrial lease at Irvine Commerce Center
The Class A project, at 18582 Teller Ave., includes 13,275 square feet of office space and is positioned near I-405 access in Irvine’s Airport Area submarket.
CBRE has completed a full-building industrial lease for 136,612 square feet at Irvine Commerce Center, a Class A property at 18582 Teller Ave. in Irvine, according to ConnectCRE.
The tenant was not disclosed. EVPs Ross Bourne and Ross Fippinger, along with senior associate Joe Czech, represented the owner, an Ares Real Estate fund.
ConnectCRE said Marq Logistics, which developed Irvine Commerce Center and manages the property, represented the vertically integrated global logistics platform. The building includes 13,275 square feet of high-end office space with upgraded finishes, plus modern industrial features for distribution and light manufacturing uses.
Bourne said the firm continues to see sustained demand for high-quality industrial space across Orange County, calling the deal a sign of resilience in the Airport Area industrial market. The property sits along Jamboree Road near Newport Beach with immediate access to Interstate 405.
