Miami Realtors + RWorld expands to a unified 120-mile MLS corridor

The merger creates an association of about 94,000 members across five southeast Florida counties and positions a single BeachesMLS data set for brokers.

Miami Realtors + RWorld has merged with Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, expanding the organization to about 94,000 members across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, according to HousingWire.

The combined group spans a 120-mile real estate corridor and strengthens its MLS footprint in South Florida after the April joining of Miami Realtors and RWorld, HousingWire reported.

Co-CEO Dionna Hall, who becomes sole CEO in 2027, said the MLS value proposition is to provide a complete, trusted data set for competitive brokers, including coverage across residential, commercial and investment properties.

Hall also said the combined MLS will be BeachesMLS, with the teams already putting together the complete data set from both MLSs into a single IDX.
